Our Oceanside vacation rentals
Stay near the beach at The Swell, a small boutique surf lodge in Oceanside, California. Each rental has access to a shared patio with ocean views, a hot tub, fire table and BBQ, plus private parking and on-site laundry. Do you offer Airbnb and short-term rental property management?
Yes. Salt & Sky provides full-service Airbnb and short-term rental property management for homeowners throughout San Diego County, along the coast from San Diego to Oceanside and Carlsbad.
What is included in your property management service?
Our full-service property management includes dynamic pricing, listing optimization, guest communication, reservation management, turnover coordination, maintenance coordination and ongoing property oversight. We treat every home as if it were our own and focus on creating an exceptional guest experience from booking through checkout.
How much does vacation rental property management cost?
Our full-service management fee is 20% of booking revenue, plus a one-time $500 onboarding fee. Cleaning, maintenance, supplies and additional design services are billed separately.
Do you offer interior design for primary residences?
Yes. In addition to short-term rental design, we offer interior design services for primary residences, second homes and vacation properties. Our process combines thoughtful design, functionality and a strong understanding of how people experience a space.
Do you offer short-term rental consulting or coaching?
Yes. We offer short-term rental and interior design consulting for investors and owners who plan to run their own property, whether you have specific questions you need answered or you would like individual coaching.
Is it cheaper to book a vacation rental directly?
Yes. Booking directly through Salt & Sky allows you to avoid the additional service fees charged by third-party booking platforms. You will receive our best available rate while still enjoying the same professionally managed home and personalized guest support.
Are any of your vacation rentals pet friendly?
Yes. Several Salt & Sky vacation rentals welcome dogs, including select homes in San Diego and Julian. Pet policies and fees vary by property, so check the individual property page before booking or contact our team for help finding the right stay.
