My family and I loved this place! Such an awesome find. It is decorated so beautifully, and felt & looked very clean. We loved the back deck & enjoyed watching all the many species of birds fly by, playing pool, and hopping in the hot tub. My son especially loved the secret hideout spot upstairs. We’d love to come back again when the weather is cooler! Aubrey was a very kind host!

Absolutely beautiful home and views. Loved the wrap-around deck with many options for outdoor furniture to relax. It was secure and gated for dogs. Enjoyed all amenities inside and out. Pool table was a hit! Interior details were honey and tons of space to spread out. Peaceful location with amazing mountain, sunrise/sunset views.

The Dark Moon Chalet was even more lovely than in the pictures. Was a perfect peaceful birthday weekend getaway. The cabin has everything you need and more. Loved the cedar tub! Excellent host and the guide was very helpful. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

The views, the birds and wildlife, the cute kitchen with cabin mugs and coffee machine and playing pool at night while soaking in the hot tub under the sky. This cabin location is amazing! Very clean, designed with a touch of modern but country and grand scale living with everything needed to make the perfect get away. We can’t wait to come back!

This house was modern and elegant, yet cozy. Most important, it was a clean space, so we were able to relax. It had everything we needed and more, we all wanted to stay longer :-) There were lots of stairs, and they were all worth it because our stay was so lovely. Especially loved the loft. It was my personal retreat with its awesome bathroom and oh-so-comfy bed. All the appliances [that we used]-dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer, latte maker [hubby now wants one!] were updated and worked well. Family came to visit while they were in Julian and there was enough room for the young and old to play pool, sit-out by the fire, sit-in by fire, and chat at the table. A mini family reunion- made much more pleasant because the feeling of being well cared for, surrounded us, a perfect home away from home :-)
