Welcome to The Swell - a brand new boutique surf lodge in Oceanside. Walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and enjoy the beach life! A four unit complex set up for medium term rentals, a 31 night minimum for each unit.

Each unit was renovated with luxury finishings that are stylish and functional. Every kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, brand new stainless steel appliances, pantry with extra appliances and room for groceries.

Every bedroom is outfitted with a Helix mattress, Parachute linens, blackout shades and curtains to get the best night of sleep!

Each living room includes a sofa bed and Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Peacock and more!

Enjoy a sunset on the outdoor shared patio space with a HOT TUB, fire table, BBQ, umbrella, and gorgeous outdoor furniture.

The shared space on the patio is great as well and the hot tub is a must use. The location is just a half mile walk to the beach and is nestled in such a great Oceanside neighborhood with bars/restaurants/coffee shops nearby. Aubrey was a fantastic host giving us space to feel at home but also checked in if we needed anything. Next time i am in north county I will definitely be booking through Aubrey again!”
