We offer full on property management for your short term rental. We are experts in optimizing your revenue and utilize several integrations to keep your property booked with the maximum nightly rate.
We also make sure your property is always in top notch shape for every guest. We coordinate everything from guest communication, scheduling cleaners and maintenance calls, pricing strategy, bookkeeping, and so much more!
We also are passionate about the environment and will make that a priority in our management practices and supplies!
Our management services are 20% of gross income including an onboarding fee.

We automatically schedule every clean and coordinate with the cleaners for every turnover.
Utilizing checklists and pictures we ensure the highest level of cleanliness and prioritize quality assurance.

We will source, communicate and schedule the contractor for any maintenance issues.
Coordinating with the guests and cleaners to guarantee we are on top of any maintenance and handle the situation as timely as possible.
We will cover up to $100 a month of minor maintenance issues per property.

Every property is synced with Pricelabs which is an integration that analyzes the micro market’s supply, demand and average daily rates to automatically update the property’s pricing to maximize revenue.
Pricelabs has been shown to increase yearly revenue by up to 30%.

Monthly owner’s statement will be emailed out with all income and expenses.

The digital guidebook will have all of the access information, house information and local recommendations.

We purchase only sustainable supplies like recycled or bamboo toilet paper and do not use single use plastics.

Since we integrate every property with our property management system, Hostfully, we can send your listing out to several booking sites which include: Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google Maps, etc.

The environment is very important to us! So we only buy recycled or bamboo products, no regular toilet paper! And we only buy bulk supplies and avoid all single use plastic!
